Job Center in Punjab
The job center is a collaborative effort of the Labor & Human Resource Department (L&HRD), PITB, and the government of Punjab. The initiative is being deployed at divisional and district levels across the province. The President of RCCI, Saqib Rafiq, Senior Vice President Muhammad Hamza Sarosh and Vice President Faisal Shahzad along with Senior Program Manager Shams ul Islam, and Program Manager Syed Umar Saeed were present at the ceremony.
President Rafiq also lauded the efforts of PITB and remarked that the portal will play a fundamental role in bridging the gap between employers, job exchange agencies, workers, job seekers, and promoters. A job center helps employers and employees connect, and is also a great place to find vacancies.
What is a job center?
The Punjab job center will include training institutes, recruitment agencies, service seekers, and providers. You can also go to the official website of the job center and locate centers near you. This will also show you available open vacancies that you can apply for.
The website gives you the option to register as a worker or an employer. In case you are an employer, you will have the opportunity to find employees through the portal, and as a worker, you will have the luxury to find job opportunities.
