According to details, the couple admitted to sexually assaulting 45 girls, taking their photographs, and recording videos of at least ten victims.
The case had garnered media attention for weeks in 2019 after a married female student was kidnapped from outside Gordon College by a woman who pretended to be a fellow student.
The complainant had claimed that she was offered a lift by a woman who abducted her. The victim had further alleged that she was taken to a house in the Gulistan Colony where Qasim raped her while Kiran took pictures and recorded the crime video.
The couple threatened and blackmailed the victim by showing her sexually explicit video. She was dropped near Tipu Road later at night.
According to the complainant, the couple also kidnapped several girls between ages 8-12 and subjected them to a similar heinous crime.
Following this, the police arrested the suspects and recovered dozens of porn videos of local women from their mobile phones, laptops, and other gadgets.
The police said that the couple had sold the videos and photographs to an international porn website.
