When the political escalations escalate between India & Pakistan and the war drums can be heard everywhere, the artist community always takes the lead to promote peace. The future of humanity lies in love and harmony, and particularly it is crucial for the development in the subcontinent.
After the tensions further crossed the red line following Pulwama attack that lead to a new wave of hate and military action as part of BJP’s election campaign, Pakistani artists reacted responsibility and bravely called out Indian Bollywood showing how they despise their abhorrent stance.
”I cried while watching 😢😢, its so beautiful message. We love you from Punjab India❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️” – wrote an Indian viewer, expressing the sentiments.
Here is how the people reacted to the message of love and peace:
6 days to elections in India. In solidarity with women marching for unity and peace. Also, @BushraAnsari10 and Asma Abbas' #HumsayeMaaJaye voice from across the border is the kind of reminder Indian voters need; i.e. to not vote for divisive politics. https://t.co/iKxk8cEnHX
