Robbers Posing as CIA Officials Rob SP in Islamabad

The street crime rate in the federal capital has increased significantly over the past few months. Now, another case of street crime has emerged, in which the robbers posed as CIA officials.
This time, a superintendent of police from Bannu and his wife were robbed at gunpoint on Islamabad’s Margalla Road. As per details, the robbers were posing as CIA officials.
SP Nisar Ahmed Khan was asked for his vehicle’s paper after he was made to stop his car. It didn’t take long for the robbers to snatch valuables worth thousands of rupees from his wife as he was busy in searching the documents. SP Nisar Ahmed Khan’s wife was reportedly robbed of 8 tolas of gold.
Talking about the robbery, the police officer from Bannu expressed his disappointment over police inaction against the criminals. He also stated that his views regarding the security situation in Islamabad have changed from good to bad. The case has been registered at the Shalimar police station.
