SBP reveals USA, China, UK top three destinations of Pakistani exports
The US has remained the top export destinations of the Pakistani goods during the first seven months of the current financial year followed by China and the UK.
According to a report revealed by the State Bank of Pakistan, The US has remained the top export destinations of Pakistani goods during the first seven months of the current financial year. The other top export destinations were China followed by the UK.
According to the report, the total exports to the US during the current fiscal year were recorded at $2,440.411 million against the exports of $2,366.163 million during the same period last year. During the FY 19-20, shipping to the US increased up to 3.13%.
Pakistan exported products worth $1,056.773 million to China against the exports of $1,038.023 million compared to the corresponding period last year, showing an increase of 1.80%.
The third top export destination was the UK, where Pakistani products worth $1,004.520 million were exported during the current financial year against the exports of $1,039.609 million during the same period last year, showing a reduction of 3.37%.
