Schedule For England Tour To Pakistan Announced

England tour of PakistanThe England cricket team will be visiting Pakistan after 16 years as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the schedule of the T20 series comprising two matches.

The two-match Twenty20 cricket series will be played just before the two teams take a flight for the T20 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates in October. Due to “operational and logistical reasons” PCB has decided to move the limited over series from Karachi to Rawalpindi.

PCB Chief Executive Wasim Khan:

“We are delighted to welcome both the England men’s team for what will be their first tour to Pakistan since 2005, and the England women’s team, who will be touring Pakistan for the first time. Both are additional tours with England men’s side scheduled to return to Pakistan in the last quarter of 2022 for white-ball and ICC World Test Championship fixtures.”
