Shahid Afridi announces help for viral kid from the Pakistan-Australia test match
The Pakistan-Australia series has seen a number of posters getting social media as well as players’ attention. The poster, which has been going viral from the last day of the test match, is a father asking for money for his son’s operation.
The viral photo shows a man and his little kid holding posters, asking for the help of Mohammad Rizwan and Shahid Khan Afridi. One of the posters also asks the cameraman and commentators to focus on him.
The pictures has been shared and viewed thousands of times on social media. Earlier in the day, Rumman Raees came forward and asked his team at the Rumman Raees Foundation to look into the matter.
Now, Shahid Khan Afridi has also come forward for the help of the little kid. A twitter user tweeted the picture and requested Afridi: “Lala @SAfridiOfficial, kindly help this kid through SAF.”

The former captain thanked the social media user for bringing his attention to this child. Furthermore, he also revealed that his team at the Shahid Afridi Foundation has reached out to the family. “We will take the necessary steps to provide care and support for this child,” Shahid Afridi wrote on his Twitter.
