Former captain and legendary cricketer, Shahid Afridi, isn’t happy with Haris Rauf for slapping Kamran Ghulam. The former captain stated that the fast bowler shouldn’t have done such a thing on live TV.

The 41-year-old also criticised Lahore Qalandars for supporting Rauf instead of taking action against him. Shahid Afridi also opened up about Shahnawaz Dahani‘s celebration.

“I think he is slightly over with his celebration. I have been associated with Multan Sultans in the past and also talked to Mushi [Muhstaq Ahmed] bhai about it so that his focus remains on cricket,” said Afridi.

Afridi added that celebrating like this only look good if you have achieved something in your career.

“I think it’s in his mind that he will celebrate in this manner, like going towards the crowd, but these things only look good when you are performing well and have achieved your dreams. A lot of our talent gets wasted because our youngsters go in the world of Tik-Tok,” he added.

Moreover, the former captain advised the Larkana born cricketer to focus on improving his performance. He stated that he isn’t impressed with his performance but hoped that he will do well in the future.
