Shane Warne dies of ‘suspected heart attack’

In another shocking news, Australian cricket legend Shane Warne has died at the age of 52. In a brief statement issued by Warne’s management, the cricketer passed away in Koh Samui, Thailand, of a suspected heart attack.

“Shane was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff, he could not be revived,” the statement reads.

“The family requests privacy at this time and will provide further details in due course.

Earlier today, former Australian cricketer Rodney Marsh had also passed away. In a tweet, Shane Warne had expressed sorrow over Marsh’s sad demise.

Shane Warne is considered one of the greatest cricketers to ever play the game. His international career spanned across 15 years in which he took 708 Test wickets.

Pakistan cricketer and a great admirer of the late cricketer Yasir Shah expressed his condolences to his family, friends and fans across the globe.
