The collective threat is bringing the best out of humans!

The COVID-19 crisis is bringing the best of humanity in front of us. A Sindh ex-government employee has donated all of his pension to help daily wagers and poor people facing financial issues due to the country lockdown.

Mohammad Ramzan, a resident of Mithi, the capital of Tharparkar District in Sindh, has given away ration packages worth Rs. 160,000.

“We should come forward to help the marginalized segment of society in the tough times”, said Ramzan.

On the 23rd of March, Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah imposed a lockdown for 15 days in the province to control the spread of the novel coronavirus.

However, this lockdown has deprived daily wagers and laborers of their income. The provincial government is also devising a plan to help these people by distributing cash or ration packages.
