A captain from Pakistan Army’s Special Services Group (SSG), Naveed Hussain, broke a record for physical endurance by running continuously for six hours without taking a break. The record was set thirty years ago and had been untouched ever since.

Captain Naveed covered a distance of 60 kilometers in a record time of 6 hours and 28 minutes. What makes his feat even more astonishing is that the soldier was equipped with a heavily loaded kit bag and his SMG.

There is no doubt that when it comes to strength and courage, Pakistan Armed Forces remain on the top. Captain Naveed has undoubtedly made his country proud with this amazing achievement.
