To support textile industry, government releases funds of Rs 81.132 million
An authorization for release of Rs. 78.304 million was given by the authorities for 1,000 Industrial Stitching Units.
The Ministry of Planning Development and Reforms has given the order to release Rs. 81.132 million for development of the Textile Industry sector under its Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) for the financial year 2019-20, which is against the total allocation of Rs. 202.828 million.
As per the data released by PSDP, the related authorities have given authorization of release of Rs. 2.828 million for the development projects of Faisalabad Garments City Training Centre under its PSDP for the year of 2019-20.
An authorization for release of Rs. 78.304 million was given by the authorities for 1,000 Industrial Stitching Units. Up until now, Rs. 297.278 billion have been released by the government for numerous ongoing and new social sector uplift projects under its PSDP (Public Sector Development Programme) 2019-20.
