T-Series Head accused of raping 30-year-old woman on promise of providing her job

The Head of T-series, Bhushan Kumar, has been accused of raping a 30-year-old woman.

A complaint has been registered against the film producer for allegedly raping the woman on the promise of giving her a job.

Sources have revealed, the T-series Head had promised the 30-year-old of giving her an opportunity to work on one of his projects. Kumar has been sexually assaulting the woman since 2017.

According to the Indian Law, Bhushan Kumar has been charged under Indian Penal Code sections 376 (rape), 420 (cheating), 506 (criminal intimidation).

Kumar is the son of the legendary T-Series founder, Gulshan Kumar. Bhushan is the serving Managing Director of the music label and also an Indian film and music producer.
