TELLO TALK, Pakistan first app to have generated $1.6 Million funds
While we are focusing more on Pakistani and Use Pakistani Mantra after since the taxes are imposed on the public, TELLO has stepped into the business with quite a remarkable impression. This homemade application serves the purpose of an all-rounder.
It has come up with all the necessary features which are localized, personalized, secure and integrated. According to a press release issued by the company, it has raised the funds of 1.6 Million dollars from the international and domestic investors.
With the use of all the management infrastructure of Pakistan, this app has been created solely for the Pakistani public. It is the first local messaging app for Pakistani public that came out in 2017, fully committed with Pakistan, said Shahbaz Jamote CEO and the co-Founder of the app.
“Multimedia Chat Channels” in the Tello Talk app can be used by different corporations and corporate sectors and businesses either big or small to communicate with each other.
The CEO Shabaz Jamote said that the app has been created with intensive care, keeping in mind the values of a local Pakistani. The app includes local and regional languages and includes Desi emoticons, localized stickers, and customized options.
To use critical services such as eGovernment and digital payments can only be enabled by using the local Tello app added Shahbaz CEO of the application.
“There are more social media accounts of Pakistani people than the bank account,” said the chairman Arshad Ashraf. So the people, who are using the technology they are comfortable with, can use it to connect themselves digitally as well.
“Our motto is to digitize the economy of Pakistan and to unleash its aptitude and flair of its people”, said Ashraf.
Sameer Chisty, a partner at Spark Labs also mentioned that locally industrialized messaging platforms are dynamic and can prove to be highly successful in countries that have “well defined digital borders, large populations and strong values and cultures”.
“The funds that have been collected so far will be utilized to expand the project, to improve the infrastructure and for the product development,” stated in the press release.
