We have collected some hilarious slips of tongue by Pakistani politicians. Some of them were seen mocking their own political parties, while others were using wrong phrases and words.

Imran Khan

  1. PM Imran in 2016 made a mistake on the second death anniversary of the Peshawar incident by calling it “salgira” instead of “Barsi”.

2. On another occasion, Khan was unable to say the Urdu word “Rohaniat (Spirituality),” and instead, he was mispronouncing the word by saying it “Rohuniat” or “Rohuniyat.”

3. PM Khan’s slips of tongues are not ended yet in one of his speeches; Khan was seen pronouncing a Sindh city “Taunsa” “Chaunsa.”

4. During oath taking occasion, PM Imran Khan used word “Khatame-Nabilueen”.

Marriyum Aurangzeb

5. Marriyum Aurangzeb, a Nawaz Sharif loyalist, is one of the front runners in every campaign held supporting the N-league’s Quaid.

In one of the press conferences right outside the accountability court in Lahore, Maryam ended up blurting the wrong sentence that included derogatory words like “un-intelligent,” “narrow-minded,” and “in-eligible” for Nawaz Sharif.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari

6. The PPP Chairman, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, recently made a hilarious slip of the tongue at a rally in Islamabad that created a frenzy. Leaving the internet rolling with laughter, the 33-year-old said, “I am shaking Islamabad. Islamabad may kaampein taang rahi hai [Shivers are legging in Islamabad].”

7. In 2019, Bilawal was speaking to reporters after heavy rains lashed Karachi. When asked about the abysmal situation of the city in the aftermath of the rain, he responded with this profound observation.
“You must try to understand this. ‘Jab baarish aata hai toh paani ata hai. Jab zyada baarish ata hai toh zyaada paani ata hai. (Rain brings water with it. More rain brings more water.)’
