Details of the Incident

I manage the Islamabad police station’s transgender unit. I came to the Ramna police station with a victim. However, I was attacked here. Police officials fired bullets at me. I’m still at the police station. I wonder if I, being a victim support officer, am not safe anywhere, how will my transgender sisters be treated?

The post was captioned with:

I was almost just killed by another officer of the law like myself. 2 attempts and no other officers stopped him. If a trans police officer is not safe inside a police station then what will happen to my sisters! Occurred at Ramna police station Islamabad @ICT_Police
