Um what? Did Donald Trump REALLY spend 70,000 dollars on his hair?
Trump also paid $95,464 to his daughter Ivanka Trump's favorite hair and makeup stylist.
The tax records of the US President Donald Trump has reportedly revealed that he spent $70,000 on his hair while he hosted the show ‘The Apprentice.’
According to details, the records, collected by the New York Times, also confirm he paid $95,464 to his daughter Ivanka Trump’s favorite hair and makeup stylist.
Is it even possible to spend such amount of money on hair?
A stylish at New York’s Tony Serge Normant salon, Tommy Buckett, said, “I don’t know how it could possibly cost that much. Even at top salons here in Manhattan, and I have worked at all of them, a men’s haircut is going to be about $150.”
Buckett added, “I am sure Trump has a stylist who is charging him an insane amount and then laughing all the way to the bank.”
A founder of America’s famous salons in New York City, Joey Silvestera, said, “These are the most expensive hair services I have ever heard of on the planet.”
The report claims Trump paid only $750 federal taxes in 2017 — the year he became president and paid no tax in ten of the past fifteen years.
However, Trump rejected the claims as “completely fake news”, stating they were “made up.”
The Times report features all the business expenses Donald Trump has been able to cancel against the tax, through which he has been able to support his lavish lifestyle.
It is pertinent to mention here that Trump’s houses, planes, boats, and golf courses have been part of his family business, and, which he classified as business debts as well.
