The Pakistani all-rounder cricketer, Mohammad Hafeez, has started a Twitter war with the former captain, Sarfaraz Ahmad, after calling Rizwan the ‘No one wicketkeeper-batsman.’

It all started when Hafeez appreciated Muhammad Rizwan by calling him the number one wicketkeeper-batsman of Pakistan in all game formats.

Soon after that, Sarfaraz Ahmad responded by saying, “whoever was playing in the team was the number one wicket-keeper at that time.

Sarfaraz said that Tasleem Arif, Imtiaz Ahmed, Wasim Bari, Kamran Akmal, and Rashid Latif were the number one wicket-keeper batsmen when they were playing.”

The Former Pakistan bowler, Mohammad Amir, joined in the debate and defended Sarfaraz. He said, ” Sarfaraz was also the number one wicket-keeper. He was the reason Pakistan became the world number one in T20Is and won the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy.”

Sarfaraz was dropped from the national team in 2019 after a poor performance. He has since been replaced by Mohammad Rizwan, who has secured his place in the national team across all formats.
