The much-awaited seventh edition of Pakistan’s franchise based T20 tournament, Pakistan Super League (PSL), finally kicked off at the National Stadium, Karachi.
Before the start of the first match between Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans, fans were enthralled by a glittering opening ceremony.

In the opening match of the tournament, Multan Sultans beat Karachi Kings by 7 wickets. The Sultans restricted the Kings to a total of 124/5 in 20 overs. The defending PSL champions chased the target in the 19th over, thanks to Mohammad Rizwan’s 52 off 47 balls.
