Times after times customers make their way to social media talking about how established names and brands violate their rights and deceive them sometimes in the form of fake product claims and other times by dealing them unethically. But, as they say, there are always two sides to every story.
Recently, a video gained a lot of attention on social media that was shocking and purely disappointing. According to the footage shared by a page ‘Karachi Walay’ on Facebook, a customer eats half of his food and then puts his own hair in it and then asks for a replacement. The incident was shot at Pizza 20, Auto Bahn Branch.

According to the video, the customer does this to avail complimentary free food, making it look like the fault of the restaurant of serving him unhygienic food. Now, it can’t be denied that most of the big restaurants compromise on their quality and are not quite careful with the hygiene perspective of the service they’re providing. But, customer showing such shameful behaviour is quite disrespectful to the people who make their best efforts to give us the most valuable experience in return for our money.
It’s also disappointing how the individual had no consideration and was totally insensitive to the fact that his this little act can potentially cause a great damage to the business.
