VIDEO: Hira Mani says that people who are isolating themselves during COVID-19 outbreak are ‘weak’
Despite WHO's strict guidelines about social distancing, Hira thinks it is a 'cowardly' act.
Hira Mani thinks that Americans are weak and cowards for self-isolating in the time of a serious coronavirus outbreak.
Appearing on her Instagram story, she wrote, ‘’There’s a strict curfew here, big brands are closed, streets are empty. I went to a mall here, First Colony and there, all the Pakistani people, salesgirls were present and all white people were on leave; they turned out to be quite cowardly, we’re really cool.’’
After her controversial statement, she faced a backlash from her fans and followers.
I would want to knock some sense in Hira Mani to stop acting so ignorant, you’ve a great following and people look upto you. You want to visit the malls and think you’re daring, do it. Stop recording it and give a message out there that ITS OKAY cause ITS NOT OKAY.

Hira Mani, along with Adnan Siddiqui and Humayun Saeed was in the United States for a string of ‘Meray Paas Tum Ho’ meet and greets. However, the trio flew out of there before things got out of hand.
While celebrities across the world are adhering to WHO’s guidelines and spreading awareness amongst their fans, Lollywood celebrities are here making fun of the entire situation.
Previously, Humayun Saeed also became the talk of the town when he made fun of the serious coronavirus outbreak. The actor was filmed saying ‘Corona Mujhay Na Hona’.
In times like this, actresses like Hira Mani should take advantage of their platform and educate her followers about the seriousness of the situation and the precautionary measures. But, the actress is doing the contrary, and it seems that she is still unaware of the severity of the situation.
