Video: Maulana Abdul Aziz threatens Islamabad police for trying to remove Taliban flags from Jamia Hafsa
Lal Masjid’s Maulana Abdul Aziz has threatened the Islamabad police after they tried to remove the Taliban flags from Jamia Hafsa. According to reports, the administration will register a case against Maulana Abdul Aziz.
Following the Taliban takeover in Afghanistan, its the third time that the Taliban flags have been installed at Jamia Hafsa. Shakil Ghazi, spokesperson of Jamia Hafsa and Lal Masjid, confirmed that the flags were installed at Fajr today.
Several videos surfaced on social media on Saturday showing police and the federal administration trying to negotiate with the madrassa administration.
Talking to BBC Urdu, a senior official of the Islamabad administration said that the flags installed this morning have been removed. Furthermore, the official also said that a case will be registered against Maulana Abdul Aziz in this regard.
Maulana Abdul Aziz Threatening The Police:
The former Khateeb of Lal Masjid can be seen threatening the Islamabad police in a video circulating on social media.
“Taliban ayeinge, Pakistan ke Taliban bhi aap ka hashar kareinge, hath laga k dekhao,” Maulana Abdul Aziz can be heard threatening the police.

In a picture circulating on social media, Maulana Abdul Aziz can be seen holding an Ak-47, right in the heart of the federal capital of the country.
Shakil Ghazi informed a local media outlet about the negotiations between Islamabad administration and Abdul Aziz. He said that the former Khateeb of Lal Masjid put forward several demands in front of the Islamabad administration, which included the implementation of sharia.
The district administration asked for three days time to convey their demands to the higher-ups and requested to take down the flags down till then.

He needs to be removed permanently for spreading Fasad Fil Arz
Shame on Taliban Khan that he unable to maintain law & order in capital city.
Lock him up for goodness sake, scum like him do more harm to a countrys image than a foreign enemy, this is the type of news shown in foreign countries, they dont report on good things about our country only extreme harami like this.
He should have been in jail. He will only spread Fasad-fil-arz with his half baked knowledge.
