People are showing love to the police officers for spreading smiles while on duty.
A video of the United States (US) policemen dancing at a Punjabi wedding is going viral on the internet and netizens have quickly fallen in love with the sight.
It all started off after the policemen received a complaint about noise due to a wedding celebration. They arrived at the scene, and rather than stopping the function, the police officers joined them in dance.
According to sources, the wedding was going into the 10 p.m. hour, when some deputies from San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office showed up, saying they had gotten a noise complaint. The parties agreed to turn the volume down, on one condition, which was that the deputies dance with them on one song and the officers happily obliged.
A family member of the groom, Manpreet Toor told news sources that everyone was nervous because the cops had arrived and were going to shut the wedding down.
“We spoke to them, they were super cool, super chill,” he said. He revealed that he also taught them two moves.
“Turn the doorknob, turn the lightbulb, crush the cigarette and he got up there and he just did his own thing. He was awesome,” Toor added. He went on to say that the cops were invited to the reception ceremony as well.
Our Deputies were thrilled with the kindness and hospitality of the guests!
It should be noted that the homeowners did agree to turn the music down. 🙂
