Pakistanis are suffering from panic due to the global outbreak of the Coronavirus and are even mistaking common flu and cough with the virus which actually is an easy thing to do.

To identify the virus, it is important that everyone in the household knows the correct symptoms so that timely action can be taken to treat and prevent it from spreading to others.

Pakistan is one of the countries affected by the corona outbreak, where more than 700 cases and five deaths have been reported so far.

However, the fear among the public is growing due to the increasing cases of the virus in the country.

What are the symptoms?

According to the World Health Organization, the most common symptoms of the Coronavirus are fever, fatigue, and dry cough. At the same time, some patients may also have nausea, a sore throat, difficulty in breathing, body aches, and diarrhea.

According to the British National Health Service (NHS), the Coronavirus is diagnosed with high fever, and the breast and stomach feel like they are burning.

When to contact the doctor?

According to the NHS, when a person has the symptoms mentioned above, it does not mean that he is infected with the Coronavirus.

The NHS says instead of going to the hospital for the first seven days, the infected person should be confined to his house, and if the person lives with the family, he should be quarantined for 14 days.

The NHS has said that since not every cold is the Coronavirus, it is crucial to recognize your condition in a limited period and contact a doctor if you cannot handle it.

The solution is isolation:

Medical experts say it is not yet known how severe the Coronavirus can be and how long the epidemic can continue, and there is no vaccine to cure it. However, the virus can be prevented, and the best way to do this is to restrict yourself to unnecessary social contact.
