When Michael Jordan Said No To $100 Million Offer For 2-Hours Appearance at An Event
His longtime agent, David Falk, made this shocking revelation.
Michael Jordan is a name in the sports world, which needs no introduction.
After his retirement from Basketball years ago, MJ has rarely been seen on TV screens. Such has been his efforts to stay away from the limelight that once he rejected an offer of $100 million for making a 2-hour long appearance at an event.
This was revealed by his longtime agent, David Falk, during an interview.
“I brought him a deal three years ago for $100 million. All he had to do was, other than giving his name and likeness, make a one two-hour appearance to announce the deal and he turned it down,” Falk said.
Falk didn’t give many details about the deal. He added that he really admires Michael Jordan.
“God bless him. He’s been so successful, it gives him an opportunity to do whatever the hell he wants or not to do things he doesn’t want. I really admire that. He’s very, very selective in the things he wants to be involved in,” he added.
