Who Will Inherit Aamir Liaquat’s Property As His Legal Heirs?

Ever since Aamir Liaquat’s death, there has been lots of discussion as to who will inherit his property. Now, the details regarding his legal heirs have been revealed by the police.

As per the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) records, Aamir Liaquat’s son, Ahmed, and his daughter Dua are his legal heirs. Furthermore, his third wife Dania Shah will also get a share in his inheritance as she was still his wife.

Although, Dania had filed for divorce but there hadn’t been any progress on that. Her family also claimed that Aamir Liaquat had approached them for reconciliation and the matter was going to be resolved soon.

His other two former wives will not be getting anything out of his assets as they were divorced. The officials stated that the divorce of his third wife hasn’t been registered as she had currently filed a plea for khula in a Bahawalpur court.

According to the police, “no-one has so far claimed inheritance in the property and we will hand it over to his legal heirs.”

Aamir Liaquat suddenly passed away last week and his funeral prayer was offered on Friday with his son — Ahmed Aamir — leading the congregation. The funeral prayer was attended by Imran Ismail, Farooq Sattar, Waseem Badami, Faisal Qureshi and others.
