Hadiqa Kiani Salon sued by Faisalabad woman as she goes ‘bald’ after hair treatment
Following Zahida's allegations, a local court has now summoned Hadiqa Kiani.

A woman In Faisalabad sued singer and songwriter Hadiqa Kiani for Rs. 20 million in damages after she allegedly lost her hair following a beauty treatment at the singer’s saloon.

Apart from filing a Rs. 20 million claim against the owner of the Hadiqa Kiani Salon’s franchise in Faisalabad, the woman, identified as Zahida, also demanded a separate compensation of Rs. 2.5 million worth of expenses.

In the lawsuit, the woman claimed:
I suffered hair loss after visiting the beauty salon for a straightening treatment. Harmful creams used at the salon caused my hair to fall out, which majorly distorted my appearance.
Following Zahida’s allegations, a local court has now summoned Hadiqa Kiani, the salon’s franchise owner, Deputy Commissioner Faisalabad, and the district health officer on the 16th of December.

Hadiqa Kiani did not issue an official statement against the claims but said:
I will file a reply in the court over the matter.
