PM Imran Khan and Malala Yousafzai among World’s Most Admired People for 2019
- Prime Minister Imran Khan and Malala Yousafzai have been ranked among the top 20 on the YouGov 2019 list.
- YouGov list also includes many other politicians from around the world.
- Among the showbiz stars Bollywood actors Aishwarya Rai, Newlywed Priyanka Chopra and Padmavati star Deepika Padukone are on the list besides many others.
Noble laureate Malala Yousafzai and cricketer turned politician Imran Khan have made it to the list of World’s Most Admired People for the year 2019. Both of them have been ranked at 6th and 17th number respectively in the list that includes men and women chosen as a result of online interviews.
Among the showbiz stars Bollywood actors Aishwarya Rai, Newlywed Priyanka Chopra and Padmavati star Deepika Padukone was also featured beside Emma Waston and Taylor Swift. Several other stars as well have made their presence on the list. Shahrukh Khan, Sushmita Sen, and Amitabh Bachan to name a few.
Besides Imran Khan Indian premier Narendra Modi, President Donald Trump and Turkish Recep Tayyip Erdogan were also on the list.

YouGov is an internet-based market research and data analytics firm based in the United Kingdom. The survey is conducted annually via online voting enlisting the most admired people from around the world.

“World’s Most Admired 2019” annual series conducted this year in 41 countries enlists Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Angelina Jolie as the top women on the YouGov list. Among men Bill Gates, Barack Obama, Jackie Chan’s names are on the top.
