The case concerning the two leaders relates to transactions of hundreds of millions of rupees to their private companies, allegedly carried out via fake bank accounts. Zardari left the court before the verdict was announced. He will now be approaching the Supreme Court. Previously, the PPP co-chairman got an extension in his pre-arrest bail five times and was on bail for two months and 12 days.

As per the media sources, the NAB officials had already reached Parliament House to update the National Assembly Speaker of Asif Ali Zardari’s arrest warrants. The team has already been formed to carry out the arrest of PPP key leadership and it is likely to happen today.
